1. Overview

By enrolling in trash collection services with Trash Reapers ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the customer") agree to the terms and policies outlined below. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided, including weekly trash collection, billing, container usage, and communication.

2. Service Description

Trash Reapers offers weekly residential trash pickup using company-provided containers. Our service includes:

One (1) or two (2) Trash Reapers carts
Pickup of up to three (3) kitchen-size bags outside the cart
Pickup of up to four (4) paper yard waste bags per week (max 30 lbs each)

Service begins only after successful setup, payment, and delivery of your cart.

3. Pricing & Billing

Plan Price

Weekly Pickup – 1 Cart $25/month

Weekly Pickup – 2 Carts $32/month

Setup Fee (One-Time) $9.97

3 Percent Processing fee for online payments

Billing Options: Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual.

First invoice may be prorated based on start date.

Payment Terms:

Payments are due on the 1st of each billing period
Late Fee: $10 if not paid within 15 days of the due date
Returned Check Fee: $25
Delinquent accounts over 30 days past due may result in suspended service

We accept:

Online payments via our secure portal
Checks (no paper billing; invoices are emailed)
AutoPay is available and recommended

4. Pickup Guidelines

Trash must be out by the night before your pickup day
All trash must be tied in plastic bags per local county guidelines
Personal trash cans are not accepted
Up to three (3) extra kitchen-size bags are included each week
Extra bags beyond the allowed amount are $2.00 each and must be reported at least one business day before pickup

5. Yard Waste Policy

Accepted: Up to 4 paper yard bags per pickup (max 30 lbs each)
Not accepted: Logs, large branches, rocks, dirt, concrete

6. Prohibited Items

We cannot legally or safely collect the following items:

Gasoline, motor oil, acids, paint (unless fully dry), propane tanks, tires
Batteries, sharps/needles, medical waste
Car parts, metal rods, brakes, rotors, motors
Construction debris (tile, drywall, concrete, bricks, rocks, lumber, carpet)
Furniture, mattresses, large appliances
Dead animals

If any of these items are placed in your cart, they must be removed before we can resume service.

7. Bulk Waste, Dumpsters, and Referrals

We do not offer curbside bulk pickup
Dumpster rentals are available
We can refer you to a trusted junk removal partner for large cleanouts or bulk items

8. Cart Ownership and Responsibility

Carts are property of Trash Reapers and must be returned upon cancellation
If your cart is not returned, you will be charged a $150 replacement fee
Customers are responsible for keeping carts clean and free of damage

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds are issued for cancellations made within the first quarter of service
We prorate the first bill for new customers based on their start date
Notify us promptly if you are moving or transferring service
